Air condition, so cold split where the condenser is separated and does not make noise as the common "wallshakers" does, and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Both bedrooms have electrical showers and WC integrated with the bedrooms, LCD TV 20" and dubbel beds with springing mattresses of high quality.

The living room has bed sofa as can be used as a dubbel or two singel beds, LCD TV 27" with cable TV, home theater with DVD, CD-player and stereo.
