The apartment is close to the beach, so there is also the option of eating at the beach bars, which during the day are delicious places to have lunch at the beach and at night there is usually live music and good vibes. Regarding public transport, the nearest metro is 350 meters from the apartment, around 5 minutes on foot.

Regras da acomodação:

-Para evitar excesso de consumo de energia o cliente paga o próprio consumo. Eu leio o medidor de luz logo antes da entrada e na saída, consumo normal é de 5 Reais por dia se não houver um uso excessivo dos ar condicionados. Cada kW custa 1 real

-Para garantir Early ou late check out(chegar antes das 14 horas e sair depois das 11 horas), é necessário o pagamento de uma meia diária a mais. Se não quiser pagar para early check out, há também a possibilidade de deixar as malas dentro do apartamento, mas terá que sair e voltar quando a faxina estiver pronta.

-Estão incluídos um(1) conjunto de lençóis e quatro(4) toalhas de banho para cada cama. Se houver a necessidade de roupa de cama extra, um(1) conjunto extra e quatro(4) toalhas de banho custa 20 Reais para cada cama.
