Advance payment 50% of the total price. The balance is charged when you enter into the apartment. Payment can be done by bank deposit or transfer, Paypal, credit card or by money inside the apartment.

    Canselation of the reservation from 30 days before the check-in the downpayment will not be refunded (50% of the total reservation)

    Deposition fee 100 USD or 100 Euro per bedroom as will be returned at checkout time. Possible damages and missing equipment beyond "normal use", or bad condition, is deducted from the deposition fee. Possible claims that are

    larger than the deposition fee need to be payed  separately. You are expected to leave the apartment in the same condition as You receved it.

    One set of linen and 4 bath towels per bedroom is included in the rate. The price for one more set of linnen and 4 bath towels is 10 USD for each bed.

    Electricity consumed during the period is charged separatly, we read the electrical meter at check-in and check-out and charge 1 Real for each kwh. If you don´t leave athe air conditions on to much it should be between 5-10 Reais

    each day for each aircondition used.

    If You want cleaning during the period it is charged separately. Final cleaning and laundry cost 60 USD  for  studio or  one bedroom and 85 USD two bedrooms and 100 USD for 3 bedrooms.

    Check-in time is 2 pm to 8 pm but if we don´t have other cliente leaving same day it can be earlier, to guarantee early check-in we charge hald day extra.

    Check-out from 7 am to 11 am, but if we don´t have cliente arriving same day it can be later but to guarantee late check-out we charge hald day extra.

     Check-in and out between 8 pm and 7 am is charged 15 USD extra each time.
